"Working with Juan and his team at Medina Environmental was hands down the easiest and most painless process for getting work done on a house I've ever had. Juan was incredibly responsive to all of my questions related to the work they were doing, timelines, and even some questions about other work I needed done on the house that technically were out of the scope of our agreement. He was patient with all of my questions, and very helpful. It's clear that Juan really understands his craft, as he is able to succinctly explain all aspects of all the work to be done in a way that is understandable by people who are not in the industry. This is a clear indication that he and his team are professional and knowledgeable. I was educated fully on the process of removal and informed that there would be a 10-day waiting period after the removal had been filed. This gave me peace of mind to have a clear understanding of the start and end dates. The work was done quickly, by the time promised, and all the deliverables outlined in the summary of work were completed to my satisfaction. Once the job was completed, Juan ensured I quickly received the manifest to prove that the asbestos was disposed of properly and in accordance with regulation. I would recommend his team, and I will definitely utilize them on any project going forward that has services in the scope of their skill sets."

"Mark Wichern and his crew are the most professional I have ever seen. I am happy to say they took care of my unit after the last hurricane. Every unit in my complex has damage, I was the only one that did not end up with a mold issue. I had water damage 5 ft high!"

"Made me believe there are true honest people still in the world today. They were up front and saved me a lot of money. Informative. I will use them for all services I can in the future and recommend them to others."

"HONEST company with integrity!!! I didn't hire the company because the owner performed a walkthrough inspection of my house, to include using an IR camera to look for water damage in my walls. Rather than scam me for an unneccessary service, he was honest and told me that he didn't think I actually needed his service. He was very helpful and educated in this field. I would recommend this company."

"I contacted several companies to get estimates for mold remediation and found the price I got here to be the best. Additionally, they were able to do the rebuild as well, saving me time and the aggravation of having to hire an additional contractor. These guys went above and beyond to do the job and do it well. I'm very appreciative of their efforts and would definitely hire them again."

"John was very efficient, and professional. He answered all questions and I felt went above and beyond for his inspection service."
