He came out to look at my situation prior to giving me a quote (the other two did not). He arrived on time the day of the job with a well thought out game plan and went straight to work. His team did a great job minimizing the impact on our lives which was greatly appreciated. They finished the job in one day. Our levels averaged 7.5 pCi/l before mitigation. After mitigation, the level was 3.7pCi/l which is below the EPA threshold. However, this wasn't good enough for Damon and after reviewing the results he thought he could lower it further. He returned the next day and with no additional cost to us, installed the second penetration into the slab. This kind of conscientious customer service is sadly disappearing from the business landscape but is still alive at Area Radon Services. I give them my highest recommendation."
