There was no way I could install my new floor without the help of Pure Maintenance of Orange County. I highly recommend this professional company on many fronts. This pure maintenance technology beats wet fogging hands down! Do your own research. My independent lab air test at the end of the job came back, zero mold on all the different species tested. This 2 step processed, coating everything in such a way that any outdoor mold or left over construction dust under my baseboards is coated so mold can't regrow. This company was so professional and accommodating to my construction mishaps, it was truly a pleasure to have found this company. All work was completed as agreed to using excellent containment for all 3 rooms involved during the entire process.
