"The tester was well versed in this area even showing the areas that were high in moisture. Very friendly and informative as well as professional. Made me comfortable with the experience she had. When the owner and maintenance worker failed she made me comfortable. Fae who had the credentials as well experience explained everything in detail. Definitely use Fae!!!"

"I thought the service was great, but I didn't like the lab report I received, because it didn't have enough details about the lab."

"Robert was so professional. He made sure that I was informed every step of the way. Everyone who came into my home was nice and did their job with the utmost respect to my home. I would highly recommend Elements Restoration for any mold problem."

"Noah was very helpful and understanding. I've never had an emergency issue like this, so it was nice to be reassured that they were going to handle it. They worked with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. I'm very happy with the work that was done."

"Reason for 4.5 instead of 5 is that Salvador said that the written report would be ready in 24 - 36 hours, but it took 72 hours instead. If he had said that the report would take three days at the time the service was scheduled, I would have given him five stars."

"Did mold testing services for an apartment building."

"Great price for the competition. Wrecked the ceilings, but since the law requires a separate company for asbestos you get screwed. If the person removing it was also the person repairing it I am sure it would go much better."

"Had a great experience with Nexgen Property Restoration! They responded quickly to our water damage, were professional throughout the entire process, and made everything stress-free. The team was knowledgeable, thorough, and did an excellent job restoring our home. Highly recommend Nexgen to anyone dealing with water damage!"

"The man who called me was able to help me just by having me text him some pictures of the area that I suspect might have some mold. After looking at the photos he told me the problem could be fixed easily with an over the counter cleaner from Home Depot. Very helpful and honest."
