Michael Medley came out and inspected my home noting observations that surfaces and air needed to be decontaminated. Michael Medley promised the water on the floor would be removed from the laundry room and decontamination efforts would be made. He quickly laid out a plan for better air quality that focused on circulation, filtration, humidity control and ventilation. The plan was implemented my Alex, Shane and Tim. They all were professional knowledgeable and on time upon their arrival to my home. This company is amazing! "I highly recommend Mike Flowers and his team for your inside home health. My fiancé’ has major lungs issues and is on oxygen 24/7. He ended up in the hospital for a month came home and 4 days later he was back in the hospital again with more lung issues. I felt it had to be environmental so called and had mold test done only to find out we had MAJOR black mold spore and yeast spore issues. These were causing my fiancés lung issues to worsen. Mike promptly jumped in and saved the day. After his process we were mold and yeast spores free. Fiancé is doing great, it’s now been 2 months and no hospital visits or stays! Radon System installed was color matched to my home, again install was precise and clean. Dropped my radon levels in my basement from 13 to 2.93. (Using â Radon eye as measuring device) Dropped radon levels upstairs from 7 to under 1 on average. (Monitored for three weeks before I wrote this review). Hire this company. I am not easily impressed as I am in the restaurant buisness and deal with contractors and service providers weekly. Iâ ve had my share of horror stories. I can honestly say that this company was timely, courteous, clean, respectful, and exceeded my expectations on an install that requires a hole to be drilled in my floor and siding of my home.
