"Dave was extremely helpful in giving grounded, low cost solutions for my ongoing mold issue. Proving sound and reliable advice in a sea of so much overwhelming information was invaluable. He took the time to look over a previous report that provided misguided information and recommendations and took the time to walk me through the correct steps saving me so much time and headache. Thank you so so much. I highly recommend this company for their mold services and consult."

"We were looking at a property in Fort Bragg in which the inspection report noted possible asbestos in the popcorn ceiling, so we wanted to get it tested by a certified tester. The Currans are actually the closest certified team to Fort Bragg! I called and got Mike (I think) and he put me in touch with Ralph who was willing to drive up to Fort Bragg and back and gave us a very good quote all things considered. We were potentially on a tight schedule and Ralph was flexible and could expedite results. It turns our we went for a different property and did not need to have Ralph go up there, but I just wanted to give them five starts for their response and availability should we have needed it."

"As a family with several health issues due to mostly unseen mold, Steve was an invaluable resource in helping us to navigate making some really complicated decisions. He was thorough, honest, upfront and truly concerned with our kidâ s well being. He went above and beyond - couldnâ t recommend highly enough."

"Did mold testing services for an apartment building."

"Many people advised me not to contact a Mold Inspector, because â They always find moldâ . These are people who donâ t go to dentists because they might find cavities. The first time I hired Steve Ramos, he found â No Moldâ on the property I asked him to inspect so I knew I could trust him. This year I suspected I had mold in my rental property and wanted to be sure my pregnant tenant was safe. Steve not only found the source of mold, he told me exactly what type of mold I was dealing with, what the risks were to my tenant and unborn child, and what steps I needed to take to eliminate it. He was always available, and still is, to answer my questions and work with my contractor to insure a safe environment for my tenants and their baby. Nobody wants to have to call a mold inspector, but if you do, I urge you to call Steve Ramos. He is not only excellent on a professional level, he is also honest and caring on a personal, human level and goes way beyond his job description to help his clients."

"Excellent, very thorough professional service, was very pleased with the service technician he was on time, the process was explained well, I learned so much, there was a wealth of information regarding all things related to the problem I was having with the mold, how to tell if there were water leaks, or moisture and what can be done to lessen your exposure to it,. I received the report within 2 days, received an additional report from the company with an explanation. I very thankful for the service I received."

"I thought the job was very well done.  They explained the cost before starting and did a great job!  But, didnot inform me that there was a minimum charge of $249 until after they itemized the price for each item;  I ended up paying an extra $54 which could have been applied towards more vents to clean.  However,   I am very pleased with the work done.  Our heater motor really needed to be cleaned well as was done.  I was just disappointed they did not tell me about a minimum charge of $245 after telling me each detailed cost of each type of service.  Be sure to get a clear written quote before starting your job.  I was also not offered the 5% or given the discount for using angieslist.com.   I will consider another company next time."
