"The inspection process was thorough and professional, Kevin's quote explained all the steps in the process. On the day of the service, Randy and Cordell were exceptional and provided excellent information on what was to be done, what to expect, and answered all my questions. The actual mold remediation quick, and came in at what had been quoted. Fast, high quality work and they left the area very clean! I would recommend AdvantaClean to others who need mold remediation services."

"Workers did a great job. They worked until the job was done, and they did it quickly. Gave 4 stars because our mold test came back positive for mold and we had to pay for the mold retest when they said we did not have to pay for it."

"Our radon levels where very high (which was anywhere from 10-14) and we found this out about because a neighbor has a radon reader and did testing on all of us in our cul-de-sac. Only two of us had high levels, I thought I could air out our home, but that actually made the levels rise, which was super depressing. I originally found this company on BBB website as well as several other companies that came highly recommended from the Better Business Bureau. I e-mail the company thru the BBB and Wess replied to my need for an estimate on a Mitigation System by email but also suggested a visual inspection for an accurate quote, which I agreed to. He was very clean, professional, knowledgeable and arrived on time. He gave me a quote which I felt was within industry standards and let me know that because I was an Angie's List member I could get an additional discount. We went with this company because the more I researched, this company seemed to have the best reputation for professionalism, knowledge, quality of the system they use and the quality of the crews that are inside your home. His crew showed up on time, clean, professional with all the equipment they needed to perform the job. They walked me thru exactly what they were going to do and what they needed to know. When we were all on the same page, they went to work which they completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up everything and then we did a walk thru where they explained exactly what they did and how the system worked. They set up a monitoring system which they will pick back up in about a week and hopefully our levels will be where we all want them. They made the whole process affordable, easy and painless. Our neighbor who is handy and does everything himself was so impressed that he will probably use them as well."

"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"Spencer made a visit to my house a high priority once we found out there was a mold issue. He sat down and took time to explain his service after verifying there was mold until I had no further questions (which is always a fair amount of questions!). He was able to provide fast service with impending visitors around the holidays, and treated the area effectively multiple times over until air samples came back clean. I could not recommend him or his teamβs services more!"
