"Dave was extremely helpful in giving grounded, low cost solutions for my ongoing mold issue. Proving sound and reliable advice in a sea of so much overwhelming information was invaluable. He took the time to look over a previous report that provided misguided information and recommendations and took the time to walk me through the correct steps saving me so much time and headache. Thank you so so much. I highly recommend this company for their mold services and consult."

"The inspector was professional and thorough. The report was timely and the company's representative called me to explain the results of the test. I've emailed him to request clarifications and am awaiting his reply. The only negative thing is that after our telephone conversation he transferred me to a 3rd party company who markets mold removal services. The rep there tried to sell me his product. I didn't buy it yet."

"For anyone looking for a reliable and honest company- I highly recommend Pacific Pure Maintenance. After having exposure to TOXIC mold in my home, I had Pacific Pure Maintenance quote the project for mold remediation. My insurance company however, had me go with another company that cut and removed the mold without doing any kind of treating to the air. Months later I was still ill and contacted Pacific Pure Maintenance and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. They removed the toxins /air spores that were continuing to make me sick. (Something that other companies did not do NOR recommend). At the time, I knew NOTHING about mold exposure and I was looking to the experts for advise and none of the other mold removal companies were as helpful as Pacific Pure Maintenance. I am forever grateful to this company for doing what other companies didnt and going above and beyond."

"Very satisfied how quickly they came out and got the test results that evening."

"Free estimate for mold removal in a closet On time cleaned afterwards and weâ re polite."

"Peter knows what he is doing & made very good suggestions. For 1st phase I am doing the work myself. If that does not mitigate well, then I will be using him."

"In my case, they allowed me to use "baby wipes" to collect samples after work was done in our home replacing an air handler that had asbestos tape at the ceiling joint with the plenum. they allowed me to drive the samples to their office, promptly sent them off for testing, and even called me, (this, just before New Year's), and let me know that no asbestos was found. An email with this information was also sent. Everyone listened patiently to my story and communicated kindly and intelligently and to the point."
