He took measurements to determine the extent of remediation necessary & was able to give me an estimate with the qualifications that there could be hidden issues, that could increase the cost. I agreed to the amount & an appointment was set up for the next day. Jeremy and David showed up right on time. They were courteous and professional. They did an excellent job setting up the containment to keep mold from spreading through the rest of the house. Total time was less than I thought it would be."

They were flexible in their scheduling and brought out a crew of three to do the work. They were fast and efficient and were able to be in and out of our home that day. They wanted to determine if the initial system was adequate to lower the reading over all before considering installing a secondary system. Thankfully, their multi-day analysis showed a level of one. I confirmed it several weeks later by ordering a test online that also came back as one. While the $2645 that we spent was a lot, we no longer have to worry about radon or its impact on the salability of the house."

"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."
