"I was provided with good instructions for mailing a sample of a roof shingle (tested for asbestos). The process was easy and fast."

"I can?t recommend Asbestos Removal of Puget Sound highly enough! I reached out on a Saturday evening with an urgent asbestos removal need before a construction project, and by Sunday morning, I already had a response. I was trying to schedule the work while I was out of town for work, which meant decisions had to be made quickly?and they delivered. They provided a thorough and very reasonable quote, got me scheduled during my travel window, and made the whole process seamless. Tina was incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout. The crew was fantastic?so much so that my neighbor even texted me to say how great they were after they helped her move her yard waste bin. They were communicative, did exactly what they said they would, and did a great job at a fair price. Truly a five-star experience from start to finish."

"We have a leak in our house, and could not determine where it was coming from (windows or siding). Mr. Jose came and did a through inspection. He determined that one of the bedroom windows was leaking. We also discovered that my rigorous attempts to prevent further damage (mold) have been somewhat successful."

"Exceptional customer service! Technicians were professional, personable, efficient, and this service was by far the best solution to our mold issue. After a huge house flood, we were faced with visible mold and mold spores throughout our entire home. The process done by Pure Maintenance was different than any other treatment option we had known about. This treatment saved us weeks worth of time, saved our househould items and gave us the piece piece of mind that our entire home would be mold-free. Highly recommend!"

"I hired Safe Asbestos Solutions for popcorn ceiling removal in my house, they did an amazing job. We are very satisfied with their work."

"Fantastic company and an even better work crew. They did a complete mold remediation of our crawlspace. Removed existing insulation, did mold remediation, installed new insulation and insulated all of our duct work and replaced vapor barrier. Workers were professional throughout the entire process. Thanks Jo, will definitely recommend!!"

"Mold testing was thorough but do not let them sell you on their remediation do-it-yourself kit without knowing exactly what you are paying for. The kit is non-refundable and sold by a separate company. They do not tell you that. They transfer you to who you think is another employee to advise about remediation and they are actually transferring you to a completely different company. I was very disappointed when I learned all that. That company does not send out an itemized list of what you paid for unless you ask for it. It has been four days and after spending close to two thousand dollars I have yet to know what I bought."

"I had mold growing in my attic. Gained the Reasonable quote From Insulation Pro. They showed up two days after date, the entire job . Highly recommended. I?m hiring them again for my crawl space"

"I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! The team did an excellent job removing the mold from my house and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. They were professional, thorough, and truly cared about doing the job right. What really stood out was their exceptional customer service. Everyone was friendly, respectful, responsive, and happy to answer all of my questions. They kept me informed throughout the process and treated my home with care. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable mold removal and outstanding customer service. Thank you for giving me peace of mind and helping make my home feel clean and safe again! 🙌🏠✨"
