"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

CARE Property Services responded immediately and did a thorough job of removing the water, and drying out the basement, after removing all furniture and multiple cardboard boxes. After the dry out they returned for the recovery phase, replacing drywall and insulation as needed, painting all rooms and a thorough cleaning of the carpet. Then they put back all the furniture and those boxes not ruined or that we requested to leave for us to evaluate. They worked with our insurance company making the entire process as easy as possible.
