I really appreciated this part of the process, because it gave us the much-needed direction we needed and a concrete to-do list to make sure the mold wouldn t return once Scott applied the treatment. After we remedied all of the moisture-causing problems, Scott helped us work with our home insurance company while they processed our claim for the mold. He even made extra trips out to our house to take pictures for the insurance company to aide in the processing of our claim.
