"Plain and simple, go with Rick and 1st Rate Construction. As a homeowner, I HAVE struggled to find companies where the person that quotes the work, is the person that does the work. Rick is the owner-operator of his company and will be your point of contact/work the job. He removed lead paint windows and soffit/fascia for me, and some asbestos ductwork. All great work. Thanks Rick !"

"From start to finish, Environmental Services of America proved to be the perfect partner for our renovation project, expertly handling asbestos and mold issues. Working with this company has been a pleasure, and I highly recommend their services."

"I was given very thorough information from the Mold tester."

"From the very first phone call Mr. Middleton showed he is a professional and listened very carefully to my worries and concern. We had a scheduled appointment for 3:00 pm but notified well before that time he was running behind at a previous site. He advised his arrival to be 4:30 pm and showed up right on time. The best news was that we did not have mold and needed a deep cleaning in that room. He also recommended a cleaning company. We were thrilled not to have the expense of mold removal and would not have known any better if he said we did. My husband and I will recommend him to anyone that may have a mold issue. Thank you Angi for having him on your list."

"Isaha and Kelsey were great! Very professional and explained everything they were doing in clear terms. Cleaned up all areas both interior and basement crawl space. Isaha installed the vapor barrier over the complete crawl space after treating for mold/mildew. Excellent customer service - hire this crew!"

"Tad, Brandon, and John were reasonable to work with. During a rough time, this company was proactive with the drying out process. They were clear in explaining the process. I would recommend them for mitigation services."

"Jami is truly AMAZING! She answered all my questions and went above and beyond her requirements to help me as I used them for mold testing at my rental house, and even though she knew I couldnâ t hire them to fix it because I wasnâ t the property owner she still was available for questions and advice. Super nice and the tech was great. Turn around test results were next day! Canâ t say enough wonderful things about them and they alerted me to the very high levels of toxic mold in my rental home helping me have the tools to prove there was an issue that needed fixing to the landlord."
