"SavOn/Ivan came out immediately and tested the area in question. I had mold in my dining room ceiling, not airborne thank God; but mold none the less needing remediation. After the remediation company finished their remediation job, I hired Ron to do exit inspection. He did and found problems and guided the remediation company to make their job perfect. It took extra time but the result was well worth the delay in time. After the remediation, I needed to find someone to make repairs. I obtained two estimates and Ron referred a friend of his to give me another estimate which was by far the best. I went with his friend and the job was perfect for a very reasonable price.
