Get matched with top mold and asbestos pros in Georgetown, CO

"Highly recommended - Steve came and took his time.  He was on time, he was friendly, and he was clearly experienced and knowledgeable.  He reviewed his findings to us and the entire experience was as professional and thorough as one would expect.  The report came the following Tuesday as Steve promised.  Craig called before he sent to go over everything.  His recommendations were considered, explained, and presented fairly.  In other words, we discussed the next step to remove a wet basement carpet with mold, and the potential costs, but he was honest in the level of caution suggested and what one with a family (like ours) might consider as the best approach.  Overall a great experience all around, 100%.  Any homeowner with existing damp areas, or smells of concern or flood damage or whatever - call MIS.  It's not too expensive to get piece of mind... or confirmation that there's something to deal with.  They'll walk you through it and help you figure out a reasonable solution (if one is required)."

"Quick with great great customer service. Cost was competitive verse a lot of other companies. Wasn’t charged for the trip out."

"Did you know mildew is the gas given off from mold?? Joe offered great advice about the growth of mildew into mold, and my landlord's responsibility to remove it. I feel that he is knowledgable and would perform a thorough inspection. Based on my present economics and quotes from 2 other firms, and not to discount Mold Testing CO at all, I decided on another company. Joe at Mold Testing CO is definitely my second choice."

"Excellent! All Colorado Radon sent their customer representative, Shannon, to do a site visit and quote. He suggested some different options and worked with me to select a system that was better for our home. Despite my requests to other companies, none of them had quoted the interior system I requested. All Colorado did that, as well as suggesting a mat-style collector instead of the perforated pipe (installed below the membrane). This will be great for us, since we do have to access the crawlspace occasionally and space is tight. So, while the price quoted was 15-20% higher than other companies, I jumped on it because the system was just what we wanted! They installed the system for us in a single day, and did a very professional job. The pipe run is very clean, and overnight the system dropped our radon levels (measured by a continuous meter) dropped from over 9 to 2.4 pCu/L. I'm sure it will keep coming down over the next few days. We couldn't be happier! Thanks"

"These guys arrived on time for an estimate and were super helpful and honest with me. I thought I had a mold problem, they proceeded to tell me that it was not something that required a professional and gave me tips and did not try to waste my money. They were thorough in looking for a problem that wasn't there and were thoughtful in suggestions on how to prevent a bigger problem from happening."

"I recieved people from the Mold companny and I am happy with it"

"I recently had my basement remodeled and we discovered asbestos in the drywall that needed to be removed. I called Clean Sweep and a few other contractors for quotes. Matt at Clean Sweep was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions I had regarding the process. He walked me through step by step and gave me and my wife confidence that the job would be done professionally and safely. Matt's team took care of the job ahead of schedule and we were able to complete our remodel in a timely manner. He was also able to recommend some contractors to help with some of the electrical work I needed done. 10/10 experience. I would highly recommend."

"I recently used APlus Home Inspections for a home inspection in Lakewood, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was professional and seamless. The inspector was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to explain every detail clearly while pointing out both minor maintenance items and more significant concerns. The report was comprehensive, included detailed photos, and was easy to understand, giving me confidence in my decisions regarding the property. Communication was prompt and courteous, and scheduling was handled with flexibility and professionalism. I highly recommend APlus to anyone seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and meticulous home inspection service. They truly exceeded my expectations."
