I'm so relieved that we hired his company to take on the repairs and mold mitigation. Due to the extent of damage, the work did take several weeks, but he kept me notified every step of the way. They specialize in asbestos removal, but they also handle water damage, French drains, and all things remediation. My first call was answered by Sarah, who was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. She guided me through the entire permitting process without any pressure to use their services. They fixed the mold issue in the crawlspace, did an crawlspace encapsulation and removed all the Asbestos, and recommended a reliable contractor for the siding and roof replacement. "From the very first phone call Mr. Middleton showed he is a professional and listened very carefully to my worries and concern. We had a scheduled appointment for 3:00 pm but notified well before that time he was running behind at a previous site. He advised his arrival to be 4:30 pm and showed up right on time. The best news was that we did not have mold and needed a deep cleaning in that room. He also recommended a cleaning company. We were thrilled not to have the expense of mold removal and would not have known any better if he said we did. My husband and I will recommend him to anyone that may have a mold issue. (Using â Radon eye as measuring device) Dropped radon levels upstairs from 7 to under 1 on average. (Monitored for three weeks before I wrote this review). Hire this company. I am not easily impressed as I am in the restaurant buisness and deal with contractors and service providers weekly. Iâ ve had my share of horror stories. I can honestly say that this company was timely, courteous, clean, respectful, and exceeded my expectations on an install that requires a hole to be drilled in my floor and siding of my home.
