"Darryl and Antonio and their crew were absolutely AMAZING! I called other companies as well and A&A had a quick and knowledgeable response. Their expertise really showed. Where others said they needed a walk though first Darryl was easily able to give us a quote based on square footage. Other companies wanted at least a week for full asbestos abatement (in a 3 bedroom home) and Darryl said they could come on Friday and be done by Sunday (and they were - they said it was actually a fairly small job for them though it felt huge to us). Other companies also quoted us prices twice as high. Our house was so clean - cleaner than we had left it! I really appreciate their timeliness of arrival and hard work ethic. Also when we found some dust in the AC closet, even though it was likely not from them (the AC was sealed), they kindly and promptly sent out a crew of two guys with HEPA filter equipment to take care of it for our peace of mind (even though they are based in another city and it is a drive for them). We will absolutely use A&A Asbestos Environmental should we have occasion again and certainly I would not hesitate to, and will, recommend to families, friends, and businesses. "The overall experience was outstanding. The insulation removal and install team were the best insulation team I have ever had in my homes. The mold remediation and encapsulation team was outstanding. Daily communications from the team lead was great. James met with me each morning to explain what was going to happen and then throughout the day he gave me updates. The jobsite was always clean. PJ Calcutt was the engineer contact. He was very professional. He did a very thorough inspection of the completed job and brought James back to address some issues. I am very happy."
