"The tester was well versed in this area even showing the areas that were high in moisture. Very friendly and informative as well as professional. Made me comfortable with the experience she had. When the owner and maintenance worker failed she made me comfortable. Fae who had the credentials as well experience explained everything in detail. Definitely use Fae!!!"

"I thought the service was great, but I didn't like the lab report I received, because it didn't have enough details about the lab."

"Hamilton's price was competitive. The phone representative sound professional and courteous. However, the technician they sent seem very inexperience. He was performing the work (collecting asbestos samples) via Facetime with another senior technician. Also, he only brought a 2-step ladder trying to climb and pull himself up into the attic; he requested to come back the next day, which I'm not available. I ended up borrowing a 3-step ladder from the occupant for the technician. It was risky seeing him pulling himself up into the attic. On his way down, I have to spot him landing his foot on the ladder since the borrowed ladder was still not tall enough."

"Did mold testing services for an apartment building."

"Showed up and completed on time. The price was reasonable and workers cleaned up all the areas. I did not have to ask any questions or request. I highly recommend to anyone who needs an abatement services."

"Dave knew I was concerned about toxic mold ~ I had flooding damage and I was having nose bleeds. He was so kind about my plight and fit me in very quickly. He took air samples, swabs for mold, and a sample for asbestos testing. I got all the answers I needed in a timely manner. He explained parts of the process that might interest me in my specific situation. He was so respectful and understanding regarding my stress and anxiety over my rental unit. I donâ t see any possible reason why I would use anybody except Dave if I need these services again. I highly recommend him. You cannot go wrong with Dave. Thank you, Dave, for being so helpful during such a hard time."

"it was a very easy process, they knew what they were doing, overall everything was done they way they said it would."

"Ongoing water intrusion from our windows over the years led to mold issues throughout several rooms in the house. After bringing out three different companies to evaluate the situation, Steven and the team at Nexgen Property Restoration stood out right away. They were fair on pricing and offered a non insurance discount since we chose to handle everything out of pocket. With multiple areas needing to be opened up, that savings really helped. The remediation process was handled professionally from start to finish and the quality of work gave us the confidence to move forward with them for reconstruction as well. Having one company manage everything made the process a lot easier. The final result came out great and their warranty gives us peace of mind moving forward. Definitely recommend Nexgen if you?re dealing with paying out of pocket"

"Great customer service and great eye for architecture. Jacobs crew is very experienced and take great pride in their work. Arrived early and stayed late including weekends.
