She guided me through the entire permitting process without any pressure to use their services. They fixed the mold issue in the crawlspace, did an crawlspace encapsulation and removed all the Asbestos, and recommended a reliable contractor for the siding and roof replacement. Michael Medley came out and inspected my home noting observations that surfaces and air needed to be decontaminated. Michael Medley promised the water on the floor would be removed from the laundry room and decontamination efforts would be made. He quickly laid out a plan for better air quality that focused on circulation, filtration, humidity control and ventilation. The plan was implemented my Alex, Shane and Tim. They all were professional knowledgeable and on time upon their arrival to my home. This company is amazing! "Manager from Keller Tile installation told me regulations prevented him from installing tile in my bathrooms without an asbestos test. I told him the home was built in 1984, the vinyl bathroom floor was replaced in hours one day, purchased from Lowes. The test costed $250 and 4sq inch was removed for the test. It tested negative for asbestos. It has been 3 weeks since I paid for toilets 3, and 2 tile installation. I called and requested the materials order to be delivered to my home. After several days a Saturday after noon time of 4:15 to 8:15 pm was given. I confirmed. The materials were not delivered. DONNA did a very good , professional test and accommodated me with a printed copy for my household files. Donna was on time and efficient. Donna had a pleasant personality."

"From the very first phone call Mr. Middleton showed he is a professional and listened very carefully to my worries and concern. We had a scheduled appointment for 3:00 pm but notified well before that time he was running behind at a previous site. He advised his arrival to be 4:30 pm and showed up right on time. The best news was that we did not have mold and needed a deep cleaning in that room. He also recommended a cleaning company. We were thrilled not to have the expense of mold removal and would not have known any better if he said we did. My husband and I will recommend him to anyone that may have a mold issue. "I explained what I wanted tested. They tested what â was included in the priceâ when they arrived, which was not all I wanted and was never told what I wanted would not all be included in the price. So, value of service went down immediately. They seem to have a vested interest in a company that sells a mold killer you spray yourself. They offered a number of times to transfer me after explaining my results. Each time I said to give me their number and that Iâ d call them if interested. They finally gave me the number. Next thing I know, that other company is calling me, because they were told by The Mold Company to call me. Not cool."
