"Tony was very professional and knowledgeable. He did the air quality testing we requested in 5 separate areas of the home. The results came back very quickly (within 48 hrs). We are in a new home and didn't think we had a problem but wanted to rule it out before having medical testing performed on us. With the testing, we found one bathroom with some beginning mold readings, but nothing at this time to escalate to a full remediation. Tony was honest and straightforward with our results. We did not need any further remediation from him. Tony understands the results and levels of the findings and can find the appropriate resolution! As a follow-up - due to his testing - we started looking into our bathroom issue and found the builder had not even hooked up our exhaust vent to any ductwork. It was literally just sitting in the ceiling with nothing attached to it. This is what was causing the extreme moisture in that bathroom. It has now been fixed. We are so glad we had this testing done. Had it not been for this report we could have had a real bad mold issue in our house very quickly!"

"Very pleased with the prompt response I received from getting an appointment to completion of the work. Customer service is top notch and work was high quality. Definitely would recommend RMS."

"Great service and crew. Clean and professional. Francisco explained the whole process so well. Also if you need asbestos removed from your home, likely you need other work done. Francisco and his team removed and hauled away an old closet, carpet, etc."

"I’ve never had a mold issue before. He did great job."

"Jeff was very helpful and professional. He listened to our concerns and performed necessary diagnostics to assess the magnitude of our problem. Luckily we did not have damage requiring his services but he was able to outline a plan for us to remove surface mold on our own. Appreciated his thorough assessment, honesty and friendliness."

"From start to finish, it was a great experience with Funkhouser. They promptly showed up to thoroughly inspect our home mold problem and later that day provided a detailed estimation of the work, including different options at varying price points. I ended up with the least expensive option and the work was scheduled (with scheduling updates coming via text). Today the work was completed and it was professionally handled, and all done with good cheer on the part of the workman. I would definitely call them again. They know what they are doing and they do it with efficiency and effectiveness."

"Ben was responsive and explained the process well. He made time to come out quickly and treat the mold so we could move in to our new home without fear of air quality issues"

"Fantastic service. Did a great job installing a radon mitigation system."

"Henry came to our house. He was very knowledgeable about mold and what to look for. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. Peter who called me with the results was very nice and answered my questions. He even called back the next day when he noticed that an email he sent me didn t go through. They gave me a lot of information to help me continue my search to get rid of my mold and poor air flow."

"Matthew and Michael were very professional. Due to the harsh winter I had a snow dam that leaked into my front guest bedroom. It created mold and water damage. The problem was fixed in my bedroom and in the attic. I had gotten three estimates. Midwest was more thorough in the job that needed to be done."
