Get matched with top mold and asbestos pros in Guilderland Center, NY

"After discovering the problem, Scott came by to take a look at the attic. He informed me that NYS requires a mold assessor for a job of my size. After getting the assessment I contacted several companies. In the end I went with Wise Home Solutions. The price was reasonable, but more importantly, I felt most confident with Scott's ability to do the job properly. He came by when scheduled and did a great job in eliminating the mold, and properly vented the fan."

"The job was very professionally handled. Nulife helped remove some items that were prone to mold and they did the soda blast and encapsulation and also discussed how to avoid mold in the future regarding gutters and drainage and humidity levels etc. They were excellent. I would highly recommend their mold remediation services to anybody who has a mold issue. They are the best!"

"KRL provided AMAZING service during the removal of vermiculite insulation from our 800 square foot attic. Their team was professional, punctual, and thorough, taking precautions to ensure our home remained safe and clean throughout the process. They kept us informed at every step, and helped us prepare the samples and photographs for the rebate. Their willingness and flexibility to work with us on installing new insulation was also very helpful and appreciated. I highly recommend KRL for anyone looking for reliable removal services. Thank you!"

"I hired Kascon to do asbestos abatement in my attic. I worked with Keith Carroll as my primary contact, he was outstanding. Keith was prompt courteous knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The back office crew was equally oppressive in assisting me with documentation billing etc. as were the gentlemen who showed up to do the abatement work. They were neat and meticulous, showed up when they said they were going to show and did a great job cleaning out not only the asbestos but contaminated wood and materials. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs asbestos abatement work done. Ask for Keith, you will not be disappointed."

"Kevin and his team arrived promptly and their expert advice helped us identify extra asbestos that we had missed. They worked quickly and thoroughly and the pipes now look like new! Amazing service at a very good rate."
