"This is my second review. Vince and his team did a fantastic job remediating the hidden mold in my basement as I reviewed before. Since then I have been worried about where else mold could by hiding in my home. Vince has gone above and beyond to help me feel comfortable again. Vince himself has made a number of trips to my home to check any suspicious areas each time that I contact him about. He has sent his team members too. I recently had my attic checked. I canâ t thank him enough for putting up with me. I have been extremely impressed with the whole home dehumidifier, Aprilaire, that his team set up in my basement. My basement humidity stays in the 40s or below. That is in all areas of my basement. Prior to the Aprilaire, I was using a single dehumidifier and it did a good job dehumidifying the area that the dehumidifier was set up in but what I didnâ t realize was that it wasnâ t dehumidifying the other areas of my basement. I have hygrometers set up everywhere now and I can see that the Aprilaire is doing its job. I do recommend Vince and his team. He does care for the well being of his clients!"

"Scott from Pure Maintenence worked diligently with us throughout the process of our mold remediation. He did a very thorough initial assessment of our home, gave us some tips about where the moisture was coming from that was leading to our mold problem, and essentially gave us some homework to do before he came and applied the mold treatment fog. I really appreciated this part of the process, because it gave us the much-needed direction we needed and a concrete to-do list to make sure the mold wouldn t return once Scott applied the treatment. After we remedied all of the moisture-causing problems, Scott helped us work with our home insurance company while they processed our claim for the mold. He even made extra trips out to our house to take pictures for the insurance company to aide in the processing of our claim. When insurance was ready and our moisture problems were under control via the dehumidifiers and gutter repairs that Scott advised, he came back to apply the mold treatment fog. He was in and out within a few hours and we were able to come back to a safe and mold-free home. He even called the next day to check up on us and make sure everything was in order. He gave us some follow up care reminders and with that, I feel confident we will be able to keep our home safe and mold free!"
