"Sure, here is a friendlier version of the review: --- I recently bought a house in Atlanta, and I never expected it to bring so many challenges. When we started remodeling, we found mold in the crawlspace, asbestos in the siding, and on the roof. Luckily, after a lot of research and checking with previous clients, I decided to go with Es America. They specialize in asbestos removal, but they also handle water damage, French drains, and all things remediation. My first call was answered by Sarah, who was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. She guided me through the entire permitting process without any pressure to use their services. They fixed the mold issue in the crawlspace, did an crawlspace encapsulation and removed all the Asbestos, and recommended a reliable contractor for the siding and roof replacement. I can't thank the team at Es America enough for their help. Special thanks to Jacob, Mera, Kevin, and Michael â you all deserve an A+. 100% recommend!"

"I was given very thorough information from the Mold tester."

"Accurate property services FAR exceeded expectations. They were not only fast, easy to contact and thorough but they were extremely supportive through a tough and very stressful and emotional time for my family. Even after their job was done they helped me through deciding what to dispose of and ways to ensure I didn't re-contaminate my new home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and if I ever need their services again I would never use anyone else. Thank you Accurate Property Services! God bless you"

"Mr. Jerry McCord was professional, courteous, and answered any questions we had. He was at the job site when he said he would be. Cleaned up at the end of each day. He satisfied the city of Washington, GA requirements for the removal of asbestos and demolition. Worked with us on every detail so this issue could be resolved with the city. Our hats are off to you. I will highly recommend your company to anyone needing your services. Allen Harris"

"I explained what I wanted tested. They tested what â was included in the priceâ when they arrived, which was not all I wanted and was never told what I wanted would not all be included in the price. So, value of service went down immediately. They seem to have a vested interest in a company that sells a mold killer you spray yourself. They offered a number of times to transfer me after explaining my results. Each time I said to give me their number and that Iâ d call them if interested. They finally gave me the number. Next thing I know, that other company is calling me, because they were told by The Mold Company to call me. Not cool."

"Great service. Showed up when they said they would and did a thorough job. Would definitely recommend to anyone!"
