"Mold specialist came to my house on time and explained everything he was going to do upfront then got started right away. Asked that I send him the results when I receive them from the lab so he could provide advise on next steps and DIY ways to remedy my mold issue. A rep called once the lab results were in to go over what the lab results meant. Very good experience!"

"See prior note - in essence the root of the issue was not consistent with the need for this companyâ s services. However, the staff person we dealt with - namely Giancarlo - was incredible and was highly communicative- which we appreciated very much indeed!"

"Tony was on time, thorough and gave excellent advice for efficiently and inexpensively cleaning up the moldy area. He promptly returned after the mold was cleaned up to test and report to our lender that the mold issue was resolved. I was very pleased that he submitted his report the same day."

"Chris is a great guy to do business with. We had a serious mold issue throughout our home due to excessive humidity in the house. He came out and gave us an estimate then a few days later him and his crew spent the day spraying, disinfecting and cleaning the mold spores, with exceptional care in the unfinished basement. He gave us the info we needed to keep the mold away. He was very professional and a great guy to chat with. His prices are super reasonable and he gets the work done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend NexGen and absolutely call him future services if needed."

"I was very pleased to have someone finally find the issue we had going on. This was the 3rd time calling a mold company and the other 2 were in and out of my house in less than half an hour and never found anything. But here I was even offered assistance to filing a homeowner insurance claim. Thank you!"
