"Workers did a great job. They worked until the job was done, and they did it quickly. Gave 4 stars because our mold test came back positive for mold and we had to pay for the mold retest when they said we did not have to pay for it."

"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"Had a broken pipe a few weeks ago, we got the pipe repaired and we dried everything out but shortly after had mold developing in the wall behind the shower. Ben at Advanced Recovery sent out their technician Andy and he handled it right there onsite, and it cost us $500 less than our cheapest estimate. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone dealing with water/mold issues. Everything is back in order now, and just in time for the family to visit for Christmas. Thanks guys!!"
