"Paul was exceptional! When he arrived he reviewed the area and explained the process of the asbestos removal. My basement is now asbestos free now and I am safe! His company was prompt with scheduling an appointment and very courteous. He also followed up with a phone shortly after my service to make sure everything was okay"

"Mark and helper climbed their ladder outside to the Soffit under the roof overhanging. They cleaned the vent and ran a brush all the way down to the clothes dryer. Now my clothes are dry and the amount of dust has increased due to the opened pathway. Any dust that came outside was cleaned up. Great job. Thanks!"

"Alfred from SS John & Marin Restoration went above and beyond the original mold remediation job parameters and took care of additional remediation issues discovered in unexpected areas. He and his team did a superb job of remediating several mold issues, identifying underlying causes, and implementing strategies that would help prevent problems in the future. Alfred proved to be highly expert, doing thorough and excellent work, and freely sharing useful advice with me as homeowner. The expanded remediation job was completed at a very fair price. I would definitely recommend Alfred and SS John & Marin Restoration for any mold remediation challenges."

"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"Mark Stern of NAL was terrific. He explained the inspection process in terms that we could understand. He returned our calls immediately and showed up when he said he would. Very professional. Report was perhaps a bit more detailed and technical than we needed but was very thorough and informative. I would strongly recommend Mark and NAL to anyone needing mold testing."

"I highly recommend Radon Technology & Environmental (RTE), Inc. for radon mitigation system installation. Great pricing for excellent service and quality work! SPECIAL THANKS TO MATT (Technician) for his high level of professionalism, efficiency and courtesy while servicing my new construction home in Middletown, DE!"

"Good pricing and estimate over the phone. Great communication and prompt and clean service. Radon went from 9.5 to 0.5 in the basement."

"Great. Looking at possibly doing the duct service contingent in price."

"Bill was very professional, I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience. I will definitely recommend his services to anyone."
