After that, the company got in contact with my wife and I to offer the opportunity to correct our previous bad experience, they even offered a 10% discount off of the original price quoted. We accepted, made payment and services was performed on 11/19/2020. Christian and James both showed up, James personally apologized for the prior hiccups and assured we’d be satisfied. The Mold Remediation was done on 11/19 and Christian returned the next morning for some additional stain removal.
