"Did you know mildew is the gas given off from mold?? Joe offered great advice about the growth of mildew into mold, and my landlord's responsibility to remove it. I feel that he is knowledgable and would perform a thorough inspection. Based on my present economics and quotes from 2 other firms, and not to discount Mold Testing CO at all, I decided on another company. Joe at Mold Testing CO is definitely my second choice."

He walked me through step by step and gave me and my wife confidence that the job would be done professionally and safely. Matt's team took care of the job ahead of schedule and we were able to complete our remodel in a timely manner.
