Get matched with top mold and asbestos pros in Idledale, CO

"Jim did a fantastic job and took the time to explain everything to me. I would highly recommend Colorado Mold Services."

"Highly recommended - Steve came and took his time.  He was on time, he was friendly, and he was clearly experienced and knowledgeable.  He reviewed his findings to us and the entire experience was as professional and thorough as one would expect.  The report came the following Tuesday as Steve promised.  Craig called before he sent to go over everything.  His recommendations were considered, explained, and presented fairly.  In other words, we discussed the next step to remove a wet basement carpet with mold, and the potential costs, but he was honest in the level of caution suggested and what one with a family (like ours) might consider as the best approach.  Overall a great experience all around, 100%.  Any homeowner with existing damp areas, or smells of concern or flood damage or whatever - call MIS.  It's not too expensive to get piece of mind... or confirmation that there's something to deal with.  They'll walk you through it and help you figure out a reasonable solution (if one is required)."

"Great service and very knowledgeable. Provided us with input and talked about options we could consider based on different outcomes. I particularly liked that less-invasive options were considered when gathering test samples so that we didn't have holes in our walls while planning for next steps. I would definitely contact Enviocore if we ever have another water issue arise."

"The job was quoted and the inspection made. Sample was sent out and evaluated. It allowed me to install new flooring."

"Thank you so much Janet for coming to our rescue at the last minute and checking our floors for asbestos. We’re so grateful! Efficient, professional, and went above and beyond to rush our results!"

"Did you know mildew is the gas given off from mold?? Joe offered great advice about the growth of mildew into mold, and my landlord's responsibility to remove it. I feel that he is knowledgable and would perform a thorough inspection. Based on my present economics and quotes from 2 other firms, and not to discount Mold Testing CO at all, I decided on another company. Joe at Mold Testing CO is definitely my second choice."

"From start to finish we were absolutely delighted with this company. They responded to our request immediately, set up an appointment promptly, kept in touch with us to make sure that all complied with our HOA specifications. Then after we had our HOA approval, Josh and his colleague came to install the system and they were amazing - courteous, professional, punctual, and highly competent - they even made fast friends with our two goldens AND even returned the next day to finish up paintwork on the pipe so that everything was exactly according to HOA specifications. Highly, highly recommend them."

"These guys arrived on time for an estimate and were super helpful and honest with me. I thought I had a mold problem, they proceeded to tell me that it was not something that required a professional and gave me tips and did not try to waste my money. They were thorough in looking for a problem that wasn't there and were thoughtful in suggestions on how to prevent a bigger problem from happening."

"Fast service and super easy install."
