"This is still an ongoing process with my situation but after 2 visits with *very* thorough testing, I'd recommend Advanced IAQ Services to anyone with concerns about mold or indoor air quality. Very professional, knowledgeable, and concerned about my health and my home. I feel I can trust her and what she says and knows. Wonderful!!!!"

"I have never met such a professional person as Yoni one of the representatives of this company. He saved me from scamming companies. I provided me with honest answers over the phone. I provided photos of the mold in my home. I look so reluctant to bring people in fearful that they might try to make me pay expensive amount of money. The Yoni, the service rep. was able to provide me with constructive directions. He was very honest from the start, when most companies would have charged me thousands. I strongly recommend this company as a registered nurse I can understand the dangers of Mold in a home. . But is very important to bring your right workers and representatives that are aware of such dangerous conditions. More importantly, you want to hire someone that's honest and kind. I strongly strongly recommend this company, especially Yoni. My God Continue to bless this organization."

"INCREDIBLE customer service. Very knowledgeable and easy to trust. Very professional. We would easily go to Spencer and his team for any future mold issues again."

"They came out and took sample of the air and stuff to see if we had any mold because we had some moisture problems like rotten wood moisture problems between our 1st and 2nd story and we had to have that fix of course. I had no problems with them at all. He came in very professional. He did his work and did a very detail analysis of what was in the air. We had quite a bit going on at the time. Their prices were reasonable and I was comfortable with it.  They were not the cheapest but they were the ones I felt would give me the best analysis after reading reviews on the internet."

"Mark came out when he said he would, tested affected area and professionally encapsulated mold"

"They did a phenomenal job with our Mold Removal. We had roof damage and needed it replaced, in the process we discovered Mold. Our Roofer recommended Mauricio by Name and we called him. They were out the same day. They are very professional and made the process super simple. They also removed Mold from our A/C Vents. Would recommend to anyone whom needs to get rid of Mold."
