"I received an analysis a couple of weeks earlier from another reputable company stating I had mold, but without suggestions on how to fix it. I called Jim Marshall on 3-11-2019 and explained my problem. Our biggest issue was a musty smell in two downstairs bedrooms. His associate Buddy came by the next afternoon. He measured the walls for moisture, pulled up carpet in corners to check for water staining or tack nail rust and then checked the outside walls. He recommended changing the grade on the side of the house which slanted down, fixing a downspout and buying a dehumidifier for the basement to lower the humidity. If this did not solve the problem, he would then start cutting into walls. I am happy to say that his recommendations worked. He would not take any payment for his analysis. This is an impressive and honest company I will definitely call again if I have any problems."

She aided us initially by making time for our inspection in her already-full appointment schedule. She did so on short notice, when the time available to us to complete our inspection was quite limited and two other inspection services which, like Pam's, are highly rated, would not schedule us sooner than 10-14 days in the future.

Pam worked carefully and was extremely thorough, and she patiently answered our questions and discussed with us our concerns. After spending 2.5 hours with us during the late afternoon, conducting the inspections, she delivered to us by the end of the evening a detailed, clear report, which included numerous pertinent photos, that helped us immensely, both increasing our understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the house that we were seeking to buy and providing information that was valuable to us in the process of negotiating with the seller.
