Get matched with top mold and asbestos pros in La Grange, IL

"Work went well. Contractor was punctual and explained each step of the process. Contractor took care to safely remove mold while keeping the work area and house clean."

"I contacted them yesterday for Mold Remediation services. I would recommend reaching out to this company for this type of service. I spoke to the owner and he was kind enough to talk me through my problem over the phone. He was completely honest up front and told me how to solve this issue on my own without spending any money. The other 2 companies I called for this service wanted to charge me a large amount upfront and I would have ended up wasting a lot of money if I hadn’t spoke to the owner of Illinois Mold Eradicator. It’s hard to find honest people now a days, I would highly recommend anyone to use this company as their first choice!"

"Max just left my home and I already know he is the person to make our home safe! He will pack out our basement, remove mold, and remediate asbestos. I couldn’t be more happier! We are also looking for him to epoxy the floors."

"Professional and used nontoxic products to clean mold up and wiped all aura faces. Very pleased"

"We needed some asbestos tape removed from our ducts, and Mike was very upfront and thorough with explaining the process to us. We reached out to him via Angi on a Thursday, he came by our house the following day, and he and his team finished the job that Saturday morning. We found them very professional and prompt, and would be happy to hire and recommend them for future work."

He came out right away to assess the dam- age and provided a reasonable price. 1 am very pleased with the outcome anc highly recommend if you need their ser- vices give them a call. "Job went great. Price was fair, permits were obtained quickly, and work was completed promptly. Communication was great; A&B communicated with us prior to providing the estimate to remind us the estimate was scheduled on the day of, prior to starting the job, and immediately after the job was done to provide certification of job completion/asbestos removal.
