The kit is non-refundable and sold by a separate company. They do not tell you that. They transfer you to who you think is another employee to advise about remediation and they are actually transferring you to a completely different company. I was very disappointed when I learned all that. That company does not send out an itemized list of what you paid for unless you ask for it.
