Their project manager Brandon Cook arrived promptly on time and made a careful inspection of the garage area and subsequently my basement where I had had a sump pump malfunction and substantial rainwater backup months before. He was very professional, and helpful and reassuring with clear explanations. AdvantaClean did not charge for this inspection. I would definitely hire them if the need arose."

He took measurements to determine the extent of remediation necessary & was able to give me an estimate with the qualifications that there could be hidden issues, that could increase the cost. I agreed to the amount & an appointment was set up for the next day. Jeremy and David showed up right on time. They were courteous and professional. They did an excellent job setting up the containment to keep mold from spreading through the rest of the house. Total time was less than I thought it would be."

The biggest thing that stood out was the price. They were extremely cheap for the amount of work that was actually performed. They are efficient and were there for about a day; 10 hours and they pretty much took care of things. They found tarping in my crawl space pretty much had radon in it. One of the things, too, about them is that they stood by their product and what they do with their services. They left us a radon test kit and if that kit reaches levels higher than they were expecting they come out and reevaluate what they did initially.
