"I had a roof leak in a rental house and the Tenant did not report in time so mold developed as the result. Tenant then secured her own mold inspection and alleged existence of all kinds of mold. I found Ron in Angies List and asked him for help. He offered to review the report for free initially and gave me his professional opinion. After the remediation company finished their remediation job, I hired Ron to do exit inspection. He did and found problems and guided the remediation company to make their job perfect. It took extra time but the result was well worth the delay in time. After the remediation, I needed to find someone to make repairs. I obtained two estimates and Ron referred a friend of his to give me another estimate which was by far the best. I went with his friend and the job was perfect for a very reasonable price. "Mold was found behind the walls in our master bathroom during demolition for a remodel. We contacted 3 companies for mold remediation estimates. Circle Vision wasn't the cheapest, but their review of the site and estimate was the most thorough, and they made us confident that they would do their best to reduce the amount of additional repairs that would be required after remediation was over. Carlos was the lead for our project and he did a great job explaining every step of the work and was very easy to get ahold of for scheduling. Gus Jr. and Gus Sr. conducted the remediation at our house for 2 days. They arrived on time each day, protected the floor with paper, vaccumed and swept at the end of each day, and left the house cleaner than when they left. They were very professional and answered any questions we had. They left an air scrubber at the house for a few days to make sure all traces of mold were gone. They left the dining room wall covered with plastic so our toddler and cats wouldn't get in to the unfinished bathroom. When the inspector returned, he found everything was done to the letter and we passed inspection with no problems.
