In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

"The owner of Valley Mold Remediation came to my home for no cost to check my basement for mold. There were signs of mold at one of our basement windows. He used a tool that checks for dampness and determined the mold was just on the surface and had not spread under the walls. He also checked out double doors for dampness and did not find them to be of concern. He showed me where the seal on our window was gaping, allowing some moisture to cause the mold that I saw and even measured the windows in case I wanted to replace them. (He doesn't do windows, he was just being helpful) I felt comfortable with this man in my home and certain that he was being honest. "Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything.
