"Prompt and outstanding professional service"

"It was very good. They were timely. They did a good job. They have a reasonable price."

"There is a lot of uncertainty of what gets cleaned and how and if everything in the condo gets cleaned or just the items showing mold. You are told because the AC was running that mold fibers are everywhere but yet not everything in the unit gets cleaned. Like I said that creates some uncertainty. Overall, you have to take the word of the company and after it is finished make sure you wash all your soft goods, bedding towels, etc. Also, wash all of your kitchen items and clothes. The work has been done now for a couple of weeks and we are not sensing any effects of mold."

"Their mold remediation process is less expensive than traditional mold remediation. It dramatically reduces the amount of materials that must be removed, which in turn greatly reduces the replacement costs"

"This company did a great job of remediation my mold issue. The work was done very efficiently and thoroughly. I found this contractor very trustworthy who showed respect for my property and me. Would recommend them highly to everyone."

"Mold specialist came to my house on time and explained everything he was going to do upfront then got started right away. Asked that I send him the results when I receive them from the lab so he could provide advise on next steps and DIY ways to remedy my mold issue. A rep called once the lab results were in to go over what the lab results meant. Very good experience!"

"Rapid Fix Restoration was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They arrived quickly, explained the process clearly, and did a great job. I highly recommend them for anyone needing restoration services!"

"Giancarlo is so great. Very personable and understanding. I have a problem with mold and he explained everything in detail about the remediation process and his quote was very reasonable. I have not hired him at this time as I am waiting to see if the HOA insurance will cover the problem."

"HONEST company with integrity!!! I didn't hire the company because the owner performed a walkthrough inspection of my house, to include using an IR camera to look for water damage in my walls. Rather than scam me for an unneccessary service, he was honest and told me that he didn't think I actually needed his service. He was very helpful and educated in this field. I would recommend this company."

"Preferred Enviromental Solutions was the best! I can't praise them enough for their exemplary service. They went beyond the call of duty."
