Arrived on time for the scheduled appointment, very professional and knowledgeable.

I waited to rate them until I received their report that came on the day they said I would get it. It was very comprehensive. They arrived on time and were very professional. They took their samples and pictures and discussed some areas for attention. Unlike some firms they did not try to sell me some duct cleaning or other remediation. They provided me an analysis with suggestions for follow up. It was exactly what I wanted when hiring them.

In addition to carpet cleaning I needed smoke odor remediation done to sell the place. Tom did a great job cleaning carpets so I had him work on odor. He came at least four times and fogged the place. Since time was a factor for my marketing the place, he came at the end of his normal day to get my place repeat treatments. He did this while he was behind in his work due to a bad injury to his daughter. When he did all he could and there was still some odor he did not charge me a penny. I am certainly going to send him a generous payment for product he used and his hard work. I have dealt with many contractors in this area for years. Most have been lazy, incompetent. and crooked. Tom is honest, hard working,knowledgeable. does quality work and is a very nice man. I can not recommend him enough. He does all types of indoor environmental services. He is prompt and respects your property and respects his customers. Please choose him for your job, you will not go wrong. He went beyond the extra mile for me, and did not want paid. Awesome level of service.

FL R&R did a superb mold remediation job requiring cabinet and countertop removal as well as drywall. Their cleanup after demolition was excellent and the crew courteous. Most notably, the drywall repair, texturing and painting was impeccable. The job was completed as they had projected, and at a cost far less than a competitorâ s bid.
