I had to deal with that as it was not related to the tree damage and it was not covered. I first had another company out for an estimate. They gave me an estimate of $3,500 to remove the mold. They then insisted I needed soffits in my roof and gave me an estimate of $3,500 I found ADS&R on Angieâ s List and decided to call them. Mike came out for the estimate, told me I did not need soffits. Mike even spoke to my Insurance Co to assure them I did not need soffits due to the exhaust fan in my attic. My Insurance Co agreed, sent me documentation as to exclude any future problems. ADS&R only charged me $2,000 to remove the mold. Mike & his team were very professional, timely & excellent. "I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."
