"The company was so helpful throughout the whole process. There was great communication and professionalism presented with the tester. He did a very thorough job. We received the results within the week. They were great about talking to us through all the results and explaining what they meant, and options for resolve. My favorite part was that they were not there to sell us anything. They talked us through what we could do ourselves or what companies to call and even directed us to those services.
