"Plumber came to install a new water heater. He pointed out an asbestos sleeve on the vent pipe that had to be removed before he could work on the project. Home Advisor put me in contact with Select Environmental. They came w/in an hour and a half. They removed the sleeve and cleaned the area around the water heater. Blake, Glen and the worker that came were professional and courteous."

The first visit, to assess the services needed, the owner of this Serv Pro (Mr. Troy Voss) came to our home, with his employee to introduce himself and make sure we were given all the pertinent information needed to move forward and he answered all our questions and addressed any concerns up front without hesitation. The final invoice matched the original estimate, the only added fee was for paying on-line with a credit card, this is standard these days per my experience and the fee wasn't above 3% of the total estimate. I would definitely recommend as well as use them again myself, if the need ever arises!
