"Richard at Pest Pros was probably THE most wonderful, happy, and friendliest person!!! Showed up at my beach cottage on the beach in Dennis right on time with a smile! Not only did he go above and beyond for me but he was just so friendly with that smile that I wanted him to hang with us all day! After speaking with hun a few minutes I was so impressed by his drive to succeed and his drive is through the roof!! What a great impression he left with me and my family. If I had the day I would make him a supervisor or give him a huge raise, he was that sweet and great!!! THANK YOU RICHARD!!!"

"very quick process much less involved than I imagined. Mold testing done then a few days later, solution applied everywhere downstairs. after process completed, company came back and did another test for mold."

"Great work from a great company. Communication was direct and easy. Asbestos tile was removed safely and very quickly. Highly recommend!"

"Tanner came out to immediately diagnose the problem. He impressed me with his knowledge and understanding of my needs as a homeowner. We hired them as they were the most affordable option for my mold problem. The person to do the job was Scott. Scott was easy to work with and did a thorough job of removing the mold and then “fogged” the area so anything he missed could be eliminated through the fogger. I was very pleased and impressed overall with GHS. I would recommend them them to anyone with a mold problem."

"ERS provides excellent customer service. They are VERY responsive on communications; virtually all emails replied to in less than an hour. They came out and inspected the basement (prior to the purchase of the cottage in Westport), gave us a detailed proposal, showed up exactly when they promised, did the work (2.5 days) in a thorough and professional manner, and left the basement in clean condition (as spotless as a basement can be!). The crew members were polite and easy to work with, keeping us informed about the status and progress. The owner has been helpful with questions I've had (unrelated to the mold abatement). Highly recommended!"

"Ken pointed out what needed to be removed and his team leader Jose and the guys came in on Christmas Eve eve when they said they would and got the job done. I would highly recommend them for asbestos removal."

"Fair price, followed guidelines for removal, went above and beyond. Friendly service, on time"
