"Not knowing how Home Advisor worked, I made appointments with 2 mold inspectors. The first was probably adequate but Dennis Williams of The Mold Detectives was outstanding. He looked everywhere with a flashlight, even climbing on a ladder to look under ceiling tiles and suiting up in protective gear to go through the crawl space. He answered questions and discussed what he was looking for and what he was finding as he conducted the inspection, The results of both air quality tests were about the same but Dennis made me feel confident the best inspection had been done on the property. I would highly recommend him if you are tracking down mold issues."

"They came out and took sample of the air and stuff to see if we had any mold because we had some moisture problems like rotten wood moisture problems between our 1st and 2nd story and we had to have that fix of course. I had no problems with them at all. He came in very professional. He did his work and did a very detail analysis of what was in the air. We had quite a bit going on at the time.
