"Ben is the absolute best! I could not recommend him more. He was personable and professional in every interaction I have had with him. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and honest, and he responds quickly when I reach out to him. Ben has gone above and beyond for my family in the work he has done for us and the assistance he has provided. In a field where I have found most others to be mediocre at best, Ben is top-notch! I recommend him 100%."

"Fast reply and scheduled in a few days. Punctual and professional. Answered our many questions while he worked. Great company if you want air or swab samples analyzed quickly. This just confirms if you have a problem, then you need remediation to fix it."

"I didnt hire them but they responded right away and with my project being so small he gave me tips on how to do this myself which I highly appreciate! Definitely recommend them for anyone."

"A-1 service. Prompt, clean and Professional. Highly recommend!"

"Brent was great! Always very prompt, professional, and easy to work with. He did a great job with our basement mold removal, he was very thorough with the initial check and with the removal and cleaning itself. Would recommend!"

"They were prompt, affordable, and very courteous. We were very pleased with the service provided."

"Restoration 1 was hired for recovery services. They provided a fantastic service, much more than I expected. From the start, Jeffrey Patcheak was honest and up front. He delivered on everything promised!"

"Fast quality work at a fair price"

"They were able to eliminate the mold in my house and kept me apprised as to what they found and what needed to be done to get rid of the mold."

"I appreciated Gabe coming out and engaging me in conversation as well as taking the time to do a thorough inspection. He did not believe that we needed to test for mold since he didn't see or smell anything. We explained our situation and he believes we could use about $4400 in work in the basement around the foundation (3 sump pumps). He didn't up sell me on a mold detection test and is keeping me on file in case we go in that direction in the future."
