Get matched with top mold and asbestos pros in Missouri City, MO

"Very easy to work with. Did a great job! We were seeing visual mold problems in our bathroom but after they worked here we haven't had any sign of it again."

"We had our church tested for asbestos and Jory was prompt in showing up for the appointment, gathering the needed samples and getting them to the lab timely. I received the test results back the next evening along with recommendations that it would be my call as to whether the tile floor in the basement should be removed permanently and replaced."

"Smart Environmental has excellent customer service and incredibly honest people. They saved us thousands of dollars by stressing the importance of testing our old vermiculite insulation rather than assuming it had asbestos. While another company took a look at our attic and gave us a quote for over $3,000 of asbestos remediation, Pony described that many inspectors see old insulation and assume it is asbestos, but that is not always the case. Pony took a sample from our attic, got it tested for us, and promptly sent us the negative test results the next day. We could not be more grateful for Ponys honesty and the diligence he took in actually testing our insulation instead of just assuming we needed a costly remediation."

"Rob does a great job: very thorough, very informative."

"The technician was very sweet and made us feel comfortable throughout the inspection. He was very knowledgeable in mold. He helped us understand the different types of mold and the possible causes. We would highly recommend them!!"

"Upfront completed the inspection as promised"

"Workers did a great job. They worked until the job was done, and they did it quickly. Gave 4 stars because our mold test came back positive for mold and we had to pay for the mold retest when they said we did not have to pay for it."

"

The biggest thing that stood out was the price. They were extremely cheap for the amount of work that was actually performed. They are efficient and were there for about a day; 10 hours and they pretty much took care of things. They found tarping in my crawl space pretty much had radon in it. One of the things, too, about them is that they stood by their product and what they do with their services. They left us a radon test kit and if that kit reaches levels higher than they were expecting they come out and reevaluate what they did initially.

"Quick response to my call about possible mold & next day service to treat the mold. Had contact with three employees and they were all courteous and professional"

"Had a broken pipe a few weeks ago, we got the pipe repaired and we dried everything out but shortly after had mold developing in the wall behind the shower. Ben at Advanced Recovery sent out their technician Andy and he handled it right there onsite, and it cost us $500 less than our cheapest estimate. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone dealing with water/mold issues. Everything is back in order now, and just in time for the family to visit for Christmas. Thanks guys!!"
