Also that a build up of iron was an issue & the sump pump was not working. They were able to replace the radon unit with a better unit, scraped the excess iron from the sides of the pit & started a plan to remedy the problem. A new sump pump was installed, all within 1 day. "I hired Environmental Inspection Services regarding some mysterious symptoms we were experiencing, possibly related to some type of mold or toxic materials being inhaled(?). We met with Larry Conley, and he provided us with the following, informative and educational experience: He explained in detail what he proposed he would do for us. He brought in some very sophisticated air testing equipment, collected many samples from around the home, took them in for testing, then brought us a report of what was found. He was able to explain the highly technical report in "layman's" terms, then presented his recommendations to eliminate the hazards found. We let him proceed with the "abatement" procedures and have not experienced those symptoms again. Larry is phenomenal at what he does.
