"Joel, Larry, and the team are extremely professional and friendly! They have a lot of combined knowledge and experience to remove any mold and they educated us on how to prevent it from returning. We had purchased a home in SC, and being from Phoenix, we had trusted our realtor to hire the proper inspection company licensed for mold inspection as well. Between the homeowner, realtor, and inspection company they all failed to catch the black mold in the house. We moved across the country, and within a week, we started feeling sick. No one would help us despite building a solid legal case. Carolina Mold Solutions came in and literally saved our lives! They worked with our timeline and budget to go above and beyond to locate the sources of mold, rip it all out, and treated the mold areas thoroughly. We are feeling better already, and have an action plan for the future. From the bottom of our hearts, we cannot thank Carolina Mold Solutions enough for rescuing us out of this situation! We highly recommend them for all mold issues!"

"I also needed remediation work done in addition to asbestos removal. Kelvin came out on Friday and assessed the work and provided me a quote to handle both jobs at once which made it easier for me as a customer. The team was quickly assembled And arrived first thing on Monday morning. Even though it was Mother's Day week-end, Kelvin was able to get a team ready to go while juggling other jobs. The team worked quickly and efficiently and the job was done shortly after lunch. They removed flooring, remediated mold, and cleaned entire crawl space. By far the best contractor experience ever."

"I was extremely impressed with Chris and his crew who worked on my air system and crawl spaces duct work. Chris especially explained the work that needed to be done in terms I could understand clearly. Highly recommend this company."

"I called them in the am, got a fast return call and a proposal the same day. The crew came out for asbestos pipe encapsulation two days later and stayed late to finish the job all in one day. Left the basement cleaner than they found it. Highly recommend!"

"Absolutely incredible. My wife and I were so stressed out about not being able to afford mold cleaning on our house, but Brad showed up and was so kind and got us set up with a unit and a payment plan that was in our budget. He was compassionate and worked with us to make sure we got the best services that we could afford. Will absolutely be recommending him more!"
