"It went perfectly. Tim at the company was extremely responsive and professional. The original blower motor was installed about 5 years ago and was still under warranty. He added a condensate bypass to hopefully extend the life of the outside blower motor. He was on time and quickly took care of the issue. The blower motor was still under warranty and the price for the service call and installation of the condensate bypass appeared very reasonable to me. I would use Radon Technology again in a heartbeat."
