Steve was very friendly and came all the way out to our area to take a look and give us a proposal quickly. Pricing was good. The work was easily scheduled and very well done. They took the proper safety steps and even had a third party come do air samples to make sure no asbestos was in the air. We even called them back for another job a few weeks later. "We hired George to inspect our home, a new construction. He came twice, once during the pre-drywall stage and once for the final inspection. During the pre-drywall state, he brought a colleague with him who used to work in new home construction as a second set of eyes at no additional cost to us. He also conducted a radon test. Altogether, George is very knowledgeable and thorough. I followed him for the final inspection and asked about a million questions, and George always gave full, detailed answers. You can tell he values the service he provides to new homeowners and takes pride in his work."

"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."
