When I called them a few years ago to set up a mold inspection to take place at the same time as a buyer's home inspection, they recommended waiting until after the home inspector's evaluation, to see if there was any reason to conduct a follow-up mold test. The home inspector did not see any evidence of possible mold at the house, so we did not schedule a mold test.
