"I scheduled an appointment with Bella Dreams. They called after the appointment time and said they will be 2 hours late. They showed up late even for the later time without any reason as to why they were late, which may have been personal reasons. Not sure. I was looking for spray foam insulation, but was given a demonstration on Copperflect. Requested a few scenario quotes before they left. Never received anything. Had to message a few times for a request. Ended up being told that I did not seem a "fit" because I appeared hesitant after the demo. Advised them that this was poor business practice. Had it not been for Meagan's nice personality, I might have rated them lower. If a company cannot even provide a decent and detailed quote after talking with any potential customer, how reliable should one expect them to be?"
